YazılımAI Enterprise AI Platform
The shared Azure-native core: retrieval over a customer’s own material, bilingual text chat and live voice in one conversation (voice enabled per deployment), lead capture and wrap-up, admin surfaces, security and audit. The assistant on this website runs on it in production.
🏨 Hospitality Edition
A bilingual guest concierge grounded in a property’s own documents, with citations and hand-off to reception. Demonstrated on the fictional “Grand Bosphorus Palace Hotel”.
🏘️ Real Estate Edition
A property advisor grounded in a live listing inventory rather than documents, with an admin listing panel and a status board. Demonstrated on the fictional agency “Marmara Estates”.
🏥 Healthcare Edition
A patient assistant grounded in documents and a live timetable, behind a medical boundary enforced in writing by deterministic code. It diagnoses nothing and books nothing. Demonstrated on the fictional “Altınboynuz Sağlık Kampüsü”.
📊 Finance & Accounting Module
A deterministic double-entry accounting and financial-management application with an optional AI Copilot whose figures are verified by code. Built and validated locally against a real SQL Server engine; not deployed, and with no statutory Turkish compliance.

Logistics AI Copilot
RAG-based copilot on Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Fabric that lets logistics teams query shipment and surcharge rules in natural language.
Challenge
A logistics company was struggling with scattered shipment data and complex surcharge rules spread across multiple Excel files and legacy databases. Teams spent hours manually searching for information and calculating charges, leading to delays and errors.
Solution
YazılımAI built a RAG-based AI copilot that:
- Ingests and indexes all shipment data and surcharge rules using Azure AI Search
- Processes natural language queries through Azure OpenAI
- Provides accurate, context-aware answers with source citations
- Integrates seamlessly with existing workflows
Results
Legacy ETL was migrated to Fabric Dataflow Gen2 and a Lakehouse, materially reducing pipeline runtime and storage cost. Teams moved from searching several spreadsheets by hand to asking a question in their own words.
Smart Assessment & DPIA Assistant
Assessment platform using Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and Blazor for complex compliance questionnaires with AI-generated suggestions.
Challenge
Organizations needed to complete complex Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and compliance questionnaires, which required deep knowledge of regulations and best practices. The process was time-consuming and often resulted in incomplete or inconsistent responses.
Solution

- Guides users through complex compliance questionnaires step-by-step
- Provides AI-generated suggestions based on best practices and regulations

Full-stack .NET and Blazor application replacing manual paperwork for test drives and sales follow-up.
Challenge
An automotive dealership was managing test drives and sales processes with paper forms and spreadsheets, leading to lost documents, delayed follow-ups, and poor customer experience. They needed a digital solution that was easy to use and integrated with their existing systems.
